Building a non-profit organisation (or any organisation, for that matter) is no easy feat. I have spent the past two decades gaining experience in various industries, including the music industry, retail, security, human resources, hospitality and, of course, the third sector. All successful businesses have common goals, values, objectives, teamwork, and effective governance. Having these different aspects in place during the early stages of your business can lead to exponential growth and simplify your processes.

Business Development Coaching sessions are usually delivered as 1:1s but can be tailored to a small group of 2-3 co-founders. The sessions are delivered primarily virtually but can also be provided in person. Each session lasts between one and two hours depending on your needs and task in progress. Mentees are expected to book a minimum of 6 sessions over a 6-month period.
